On each brief, you'll find a section called 'Usage: Talent & Third Party Rights & Restrictions', which outlines the specific usage requirements for on-screen talent, voice talent, music composers and any other third parties who need to sign release forms.
Global and in-perpetuity rights for Digital Media is standard on all Genero briefs, because of our clients' requirements. Although most clients do not intend to share digital content in perpetuity, the nature of Digital Media means that it is almost impossible to permanently remove such media once it is placed online, potentially putting them in breach of any term that was less than in-perpetuity.
Some briefs may also require Broadcast or Print usage. Make sure you check each individual brief for the usage terms required for that particular project.
