The brief deadline or 'submission due date' on all Genero briefs is in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time, or UTC). This is a global time reference point, and we use it so that everyone knows exactly what time a project closes.
While the main deadline is in GMT, we also show the deadline in your local time, which is calculated based on your personal device settings.
The submission deadline also features a countdown, and as the brief gets within the last two days of the deadline, the countdown will switch to hours remaining, then minutes - so you know exactly how much time you have left.
It's important to pay careful attention to the submission due date to get your pitch in on time - and we recommend leaving yourself some extra time in case anything goes wrong.
