It is completely free to join Genero, access briefs, and submit your pitches. We do charge a small creator platform fee for commissioned work which is 6.5% of the Creator Budget.
This fee helps us continue to bring new briefs and opportunities to the community and build bigger and better functionality to help you manage your productions via the platform.
The Creator Platform Fee is deducted from the Creator Budget for commissioned briefs on Genero. The total payment amount you receive for completing a job is the Creator Payment, which is clearly listed alongside the Budget on all briefs.
