If you're experiencing any technical difficulties or errors while using Genero, there are a number of things you can do to troubleshoot the issue.
We recommend trying the following:
- Make sure you're using the most up to date version of your web browser (ie. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Try logging out and back in again
- See if the error still occurs when using a different browser or device, or a different internet connection

- The device and operating system you're using (ie. Macbook Pro, MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6)
- The browser and browser version you're using (ie. Safari, Version 13.1.1)
- A screenshot of the issue
- An outline of what is occurring and when
